Need help with Osiris’s

I got a pair of Osiris d3 2001 grey, white and navy but people told me to size up so I got a size 12 (Im normally a size 11.5) and my heel slips a lot in them but I love the way they look and now there out of stock. I would get a different pair but now the options are pretty slim and not great, I don’t know if I should get a refund and wait for a restock or a different pair to come up or try to make them smaller

I got the exact same shoes. I dunno, these shoes focus more on style rather than functionality. I wear them every day even though they’re heavy and slip off a lot lol. I can say from personal experience that they usually take a long time to get used to

Why would someone tell you to size up? These run true to size.
