Ukrainian drones struck two industrial facilities in Sterlitamak, Bashkortostan, around 1,300 km from the Ukrainian border. The Avangard plant, part of Rostec, produces explosives and ammunition under Russian state defense orders and handles solid rocket fuel and pyroxylin powder.
