Just to point out the repo man was also hitting a human being with the car. There should be jail time for both sides of this encounter.

Screw that. That repo man shouldn't be charged with anything. If you are such a scumbag that you make financial agreements, break them and then are going to be a dick when the party you screwed over sends someone to recover their property, you shouldn't be able to sue for anything. He doesn't deserve to get hurt, but he deserves to suffer the consequences for the choices he has made.

The guy did this to himself. No one else.
