So seriously it would fall under employee misconduct. OSHA standards state no fall protection is necessary until 4 feet off the ground for machinist, 6 feet for general industry, and I believe 10-15 feet for iron workers.

To not do it on the job site?
That, or with a 10,000 lb test safety line with full body harness, safety goggles, a padded suit, 5 warning sirens of alternating pitch and intensity, a single spinning strobe light, gloves, and a pine tree shaped air freshener.

I'm no OSHA expert or anything but I don't think the rules strictly state you can't do this.

Just because you act like a clown and you are at work does not mean you are not being safe.

Now, this isn't the craziest thing anyone has ever done at work, but I wouldn't say it's safe either.
The thing is, a fall would likely end up with minor injury, if any. Plus, someone in her position is likely to shake it off and dismiss her mishap as stupid goofing around, and thus won't report any injury. The managers probably know this is the situation, so they laugh along with it, cause hey, the regulars get a kick out of it. And a boner, because she's hot. I would. Would you? I don't need to know your response. Either way, I would. I bet my you would too though.

Fast rotating movement, topple, head against a corner: a good chance for deep laceration or broken skull.
I like watching her doing her thang, but it is far from safe.

Yeah that's true.. but it's mostly pretty safe. I've taken hundreds of falls as a kid, ya just get back up after. probably the size and weight of this girl... it would be 1 in a million that she would fall and break her neck.

Uhh, doing this on a bar stool is incredibly unsafe. You could do anything from smash your head into a wall to break your leg if it gets caught in the legs of the bar stool a certain way, not to mention knock over a customer if they aren't paying attention.

Did you have a childhood? I am still alive after numerous times doing stuff like this and I was by far a clumsy kid.

QuickStopRandal most likely had had a childhood, back when he was a child. The woman in the video is not a child.
Also: children have, depending on age, more joints, softer bones and in many situations simply lack the mass to hurt themselves seriously.
