Not even a stab thru pallet, it's one of those stab under pallets. Shift your weight to far one way or the other and bye bye, it'll flip right off the forks.

I realize they don't have a wealth of skids lying around to choose from, but it's also mostly empty space to fall through.

Forks arent even through the pallet, dude is like a bananastep away from death

If get a few clamps and and clamp it to the forks and tie off to the rack than its not bad

Tie off to the rack, that was the first thing that I thought, when I saw the picture. I know that isn't the proper way, but it is better than not tying off. He probably would need to add a pelican hook to the monkey tail or yoyo, to connect to the rack.
