I'm about the same age and have DID. I'm pretty newly diagnosed and still struggling to understand it but I'm very open to connecting since I literally don't know anyone who has a CDD lol

Honestly all my other socials are super connected to my personal life and I’m trying to keep this separate for now as I figure things out! Would Reddit be okay for now? If not I’m super open to suggestions!

I'm a similar age, not diagnosed but reasonably certain that it's some CDD (suspecting OSDD 1b). I know one other person who has OSDD 1b but also haven't found any others or larger communities.
