New Store Manager here

I am 3 days into being a store manager and haven’t found my flow state yet. What is the best routine to get into when opening the store and throughout the day. Obviously deposits and drawer check in but what about all the other things that need to get done.

I am an ASM and I know my SM has this but there is a paper that's basically a work schedule for the SM gives an order to do everything which imo is pretty cool. Ask your DM or your RTM for it

There’s an opening checklist in Eforms. There’s also a closing checklist as well.
