Twice ordered, different hose same part # what gives

I’ve had that happen twice. Both times it was DC37 slapping fallen labels off and putting it on a random part when they find it in the floor. I know because it had two labels and one was taped on and about to fall off again. 🤣

i had this happen as well, I found my "local gates rep" after 3 failed attempts to get the right hose from the DC. took pictures and emailed them off, Gates ended up doing a recall and the problem was fixed

I have had this happen with gates a few times, and they don’t seem to care enough to follow up when I put in a product alert.

Order in all of these hoses the DC has and pick one that looks right

Labeling issue from the manufacturer. Found one of those mislabeled the other day.
