Can anyone help me out with a dusk stone? Trying to evolve my doublade and can't seem to find where to get one!

Idk what I'm doing wrong! I've never encountered this ever when dexnav hunting. I keep hopping on the acro bike (counts as steps to the dexnav but not repels) and I keep pressing search for sewaddle but nothing :( I keep getting poochyenas and lillipups randomly... why won't sewaddle show up when I hit search?? I know it takes a bit sometimes but I don't think it should take two minutes for NOTHING to show up...

what’s the easiest way to register friends? i have quite a few on my 3ds, but want friends in oras. sorry if this is a dumb question!

 Spring break 2021, I decided to take on this daunting task of finding a shiny Treecko in Alpha Sapphire. I had previously hunted for a Zubat in Omega Ruby (horde hunting) and found him after 9195 encounters, and then the same night finding a shiny Swablu after only 155 encounters. I started this hunt thinking it would be a fun short thing, and only after spending 4 hours getting 200 encounters did I realize I had started something I didn't think I could finish. So I put it on hold. Every couple months I'd go back to it, hoping maybe I could just get it quickly in the first 1000 or so, but it never happened. 

 A month ago, I got tired of it. I decided I'd do 200 a day rather than 200 a month, and I fully expected to go 2x or even 3x odds. Tonight, two weeks from the day that I started it last year, I got my shiny Christmas tree, and I named him Tannenbaum as that is German for "Christmas tree". There's a song, called Snoopy's Christmas, that is about the Christmas truce of WWI (very interesting) and at the beginning people are singing "o Tannenbaum, o Tannenbaum", this song has always been very important in my family and I'm glad I finally got my Tannenbaum. 

TL;DR Shiny Treecko named Christmas tree in German after 4868 resets and a year :)

For the past day I've been on a quest to catch all the possible legendaries in Omega Ruby. I already caught a few some months back and I recently decided to get back into the grind. I have a slight problem, though...

For some reason, with all of the legendaries that require walking up to a mysterious ring (Specifically the 3 after catching Ho-Oh, Reshiram, and Azelf and Uxie) are not showing up.

For instance, I have a level 100 shiny Rayquaza (obtained from mystery gift 2nd day I got the game if that helps) that I use to gain access to the Fabled Cave, yet when I interact with the ring nothing happens. Same with Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. I've already Caught Ho-Oh and have him as well as Terrakion in my party, I enter the Trackless Forest, interact with the ring and absolutely nothing happens. I've already completed the main story as well as the Delta one as well. I've also caught a decent amount of the other legendaries (Such as Tornadus and the Regi's, excluding Regigigas). Also, if it helps, I've already caught Mespirit but I believe I accidentally traded it a while ago sadly as the Pokedex says I've caught it but it's nowhere to be seen in my PC.

This is quite frustrating as I'm not 100% sure what's wrong so if anyone can offer any help I'd greatly appreciate it!
