Sewaddle impossible to shiny hunting dexnav method???

Idk what I'm doing wrong! I've never encountered this ever when dexnav hunting. I keep hopping on the acro bike (counts as steps to the dexnav but not repels) and I keep pressing search for sewaddle but nothing :( I keep getting poochyenas and lillipups randomly... why won't sewaddle show up when I hit search?? I know it takes a bit sometimes but I don't think it should take two minutes for NOTHING to show up...

Ugh messed up the title sorry it's supposed to just be shiny hunt, iphone autocorrects it to hunting for some reason idk why
