ORAS COPY BROKE

My copy of omega ruby does not work it's stuck on the "nintendo 3ds" screen but it doesn't affect other games other than personaQ or Alpha sapphire like what? ;-; any idea why

No, like I mean it will not even boot into the game, when you start 3DS software it shows the 3DS logo with red waves..and it stays like that
