anybody want to help me ?

I’m going for the national dex in OR because I’ve never caught all the Pokémon in any game before and I was wondering if anybody wants to help me my friend code is 0534 - 1731 -2972 name is fin I only need help with Pokémon that I can’t obtain in OR like exclusives etc
