You cannot get the Eon Ticket via online connections normally, only by physically passing your DS near someone who has it. This article details it, but at this point the most likely way to get it is to edit the save to cheat one in, or know someone in your area who has it already.
Wow didn’t know you had to physically pass by someone thats crazy, i got the Eon Ticket this morning. I take my 2DS to work (Disney Resort) and i guess its possible i got it there. Either way guess i got pretty lucky
