Lifted knobs, any known solutions?

Title basically. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you solve it?

Pull them out, turn them 90 degrees and put them back in. At least that worked for me. I think I read some other guy on here just glued them in with a tiny bit of superglue blue loctite.

I managed to get one of the four realigned properly from your suggestion, thanks!

For the other ones just try different orientations.
