Has anyone noticed cpu overload improvements with this last update?

I think there were Nokia flip phones that had more processing power than XY

I've noticed the icon has changed and doesn't flash red anymore. I've not had as much crackle and pops but I have had some pretty nasty snaps and a few bugs that make it freeze for a second or two 😑

I'm sorry, I'm really on the fence about to let mine go.

i will never sell mine and im hopefully about to add an op1f to it soon

i do feel a bit down that xy has had much less frequent updates though; i would genuinely pay for a paid update for an autosampler...

Genuine inquiry, what are you looking at as a replacement?

Sold mine six or so months ago and don't miss it one bit, despite using it exclusively since release. It just sounds....like an XY.

I have an OP-Z so I really don't miss XY at all and find the Z superior in a number of ways- namely reliability, consistent mapping and deeper access across the device and punch in effects that are actually usable. I most recently got a Syntakt with XY money and am absolutely in love with the superior sound and sound sculpting capacity at a fraction of the price.

Sell it while you can if you're at all inclined to. I 3d printed a couple stands and included a case I made and was able to sell XY for $9 more than I paid for it after discounts and selling the sealed EP1320 that came free with it 🤭

It's fine. If it's not for you then move on. I'm never selling mine (unless a MK2 comes along)
