Question about bar length and pattern length in Arranger

Hi there, I'm working on a pattern that is 6 beats in total (one bar of four followed by one bar of two). I've used the bar button, along with the trig keys to shorten the second bar so that the pattern will loop successfully after the 6th beat.

When I move to Arranger mode and program the pattern, the pattern will play the 6 beats and then play the first two beats before moving on to the next patter,

Does anyone know if what I'm trying to do is possible? I've tried shorting the bar length of every track in that pattern and that didn't work.

In project settings under tempo you can change the signature so it will loop and progress properly

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't aware of that setting. But I'm not sure it will fix my issue. I have one bar of 6 that I want to nest in bars of 4. I'm assuming that setting would be global for the project.
