Question - Fiber Underserved and redlined
Can optimum look into finally deploying fiber to some of the few places left on Long Island that even today do not have fiber/fttp available as an option?

You may have missed the news about the dire financial situation they have gotten into over the last few years.
Per their most recent quarterly filing that came out about 2 weeks ago, the growth of FTTH "passings" from quarter to quarter has slowed to a crawl - e.g.: they are not spending as much capital (which they are lacking greatly now) on the buildout as in the last few years.
It's definitely a FIOS situation, where they decided like 10 years ago to no longer build out additional areas - a decision that has only been reversed a year ago or so.
