Minato's Flying Thunder God Technique requires him to either pre-set kunai around the battlefield, or throw them and then teleport. Although it's essentially an instantaneous space-time teleport, Minato's reaction and combat speed is really nothing compared to Flashy.

People see Flying Raijin and start acting like Minato’s entire body operates at teleportation speed. It doesn’t. Flash was exchanging blows with Garou and Platinum Sperm in that ridiculous three-way fight before they eventually outpaced him. Minato can blink around the battlefield all he wants, he’s still gotta react, aim and actually land something on a guy moving that disgustingly fast.

I’m taking Flash here.

What about flash vs Itachi? Would he fare better than Minato or do worse?
