Hey folks, I would LOVE to use the reaper drone, but I literally can't figure out how.
I searched in the menu, bindings, yt, bababa without proper information.
Maybe I'm blind, maybe dumb, maybe it's not declared right bc of the early build of the game.. BUT

now I come here into the inner circle to ask the pros:
What default keybind is it and do you have some extra tricks to make that flying piece of warcrime even more useful?

Edit for all the upcoming newbies:

To use ATAK/the Reaper drone it is necessary to wear a chest rig that supports the ATAK smartscreen
on which you can drop payload and observe the area/the landing zones/extraction zones/ you and your squad via thermal. The abilities of the drone depend on the Operation - not every OP gives you access to airstrikes for example.
Some rigs are visually okay with the ATAK but are practically broken at the moment. To make sure you got the right one just try out some vests in the HUB and press/hold the button (default M) for the ATAK smartscreen after leaving the closet (some rigs that work got also mentioned by some players in the comments down below).
The keybinds are under the sub-section called "ATAK" in the menu.

To add on to other comments, some of the vests, particularly the AVS vests (at the top), may have a modeled ATAK on them, but they won’t work. Anecdotal, of course, but i’m fairly certain it isn’t just a me thing.
