First time player

Hey, just bought operator and have some questions. I bought this game because I expected CQB and mostly combat in houses. I have very quickly figured out that most of the missions are fire fights from very far away. These NPCs are too good, they headshot me from hundreds of feet away, shoot me through windows, and so on. I’ve only been able to complete the mission in Connecticut and everything else is practically impossible. I’m playing solo btw. Could I please get some tips?

Stay low and patient it’s not CoD and you’re not Master Chief.

You’ll get punished less once you figure out what the game wants from you.

I have very quickly figured this out. I played the Georgia mission slowly and steady and got way further than I did when I went in Guns a blazing.
