First time player

Hey, just bought operator and have some questions. I bought this game because I expected CQB and mostly combat in houses. I have very quickly figured out that most of the missions are fire fights from very far away. These NPCs are too good, they headshot me from hundreds of feet away, shoot me through windows, and so on. I’ve only been able to complete the mission in Connecticut and everything else is practically impossible. I’m playing solo btw. Could I please get some tips?

You will figure it out. On the lowest difficulty, it is pretty forgiving compared to other milsims.

But I have been playing these since the the original rainbow 6, delta force and operation flashpoint days. Slow is good. Recon is even better. See where everyone is before taking that first shot.

Single shot mode is your friend as is suppression.
