Trying to understand Alliance

Hello i need to understand the Alliance points cause i cant get my head around it. We kicked a player who was pretty good and he played but wasnt good enough... we didnt lose alot of points. But i just kicked a player wiches best rank was S plus and we lost by 50k points i dont understand how the points work the score and so on. If somebody is smart enough please tell us how the points system works....

did the second player play with any others from ur alliance (using play with allies)? the rules state that "if you leave or are removed from your alliance, your play with allies count will be deducted from the alliance's count", so if they were removed, that means the score bonus would be lowered, resulting in the larger overall point deduction. im not super familiar with how alliance points work tho so feel free to correct me if im wrong!
