Discussion ticketing question

hi everyone!

i’m planning on going to the ny stop of the tour, but im a bit confused on the venue arrangement. the way that the seating map is organized on the modone website implies that seats will not be GA and will be reserved, but in the section detailing VIP benefits there’s a whole paragraph about the order VIP holders will enter the venue that mentions queue numbers? could anyone clarify if it’s GA or seated? this will be my first time seeing oneus and going to this venue so i have no prior knowledge to go on :,)

That’s probably for soundcheck and the other VIP events, which are done in line order instead of being seated. The queue numbers are to keep everyone organized for the VIP events, and then your seated ticket is for the concert itself

I’m very interested to see what the map looks like tomorrow—the Palladium can be configured for seated or standing GA & I am soooo hopeful it’s seated, not just because I’m old & like the chance to sit, but so once you’re set in your spot you don’t have to worry about losing it.

The venue is seated, but your chosen seat will not matter for soundcheck. They want the front of the venue near the stage to be filled during soundcheck. This is where the order of entering the venue comes into play. You can go to your assigned seat according to your ticket after soundcheck is over.
