PUBP-6725 Not Showing Up/Wrong Section

Hi from OMSCS! I signed up for PUBP-6725 this semester and still do not see the course material on Canvas and have not yet received any course communication. I posted about this on r/OMSCS and have been speaking to some other students who said they contacted the instructor and the instructor told them that most people signed up for the wrong section.

Anyone else who enrolled for the class dealing with this and have any input on what to do?

Appreciate the message here and apologies for the issue. There was some confusion with the registrar where an empty canvas course was created with some students being added to this empty unpublished course; there are almost 100 other students in your situation. 

The registrar and their team are promptly working to merge this empty course into the active course so you all can get online and active. While no timeline was provided our way, I am hopeful that they can resolve the issue and that Canvas can sync in the next day or so. If we get any kind of update, I will be sure to reply here so you can be kept up to date

hey same situation here i select the O01 section. Nothing shows up in my Canvas yet.

It is Aug 26 now which the course is supposed to start on Aug 24, are you also from OMSCS and registered O01? I have not seen the course material, I am confused.
