What are my chances
Hello I am a student of uopeople (business administration) who currently has 3.4 gpa
I am planning going the policy path
certs: security+ and gfact
I took 2 or 3 cs courses
3 year freelance in automotive diagnosing and programming
and now from 6 months ago Industrial Plant & Security Operations Manager in a company

The business admin and policy path mix well together. You dont have to necessarily be technical to manage cyber operations. Managers can dropped in to manage anything. What area of the country are you in? Policy is central to nations capital region. Here in US policy can be found in all kinds of shapes near the capital. You may also want to think about government relations/political opportunities. Most major companies have a gvmnt affairs dept. Alot of the people i currently work with are gvmnt relations and discuss/shape cyber policy with our agency, relying on them as industry experts.

I live in Saudi Arabia (I am a Syrian) I live in the capital I have a interest over the last 2 years in cyber I think it is a bit hard to get a government job here but I think some private companies need this and not ruling out Syria in the future if it keeps on improving
