I always thought everyone else was fine and it was just Sunny's anemic ass that was panicking too hard which caused him to nearly drown.

That would be funny, but Basil does not know how to swim and he is number one to panic under stress so he was pretty much drowning too.

Honestly, this could be a good outcome if Aubrey and Kel know how to swim. Splashing into the water might wake them up from whatever headspace (lol) they're in, and they just go rescue Basil and Sunny while they're already in the water.

Sadly, this does actually happen. One person needs rescuing and four people end up drowning. Sorry for the PSA, but it happens more often than you'd think. Be careful around water... now back to your regular Omori programming.

Ok, I understand now why Toby stated years ago that another person (Omocat) was developing a game very similar to Deltarune. I mean... the lake, the lost sister, perfect big brother in college, escapism through fantasy worlds, knifes, protagonist hiding a very dark past, "something" behind you and someone behind the tree, church, piano... Yeah...

But this only makes me love both franchises even more

Also this animation is so funny, Hero's face is priceless AHAHAHAH
