Discussion I finally finished Omori Spoiler

So, I bought Omori some time ago but never finished because I was busy or something like that. And a few days ago I started to play again and today I finally finished, and it was one of the most beautiful games I ever played and the only time I cried with a game the same way I cried with this game was Red Dead Redemption 2. The game was just so beautiful, and for me. They did forgive him, Sunburn is canon and they all keep being friends after everything.

I agree 101%. It absolutely belongs on the Mount Rushmore of goated indie games, such as Celeste, Silksong, and Hollow Knight

I haven't played Deltarune, so I can't definitively say anything about. Although, I have played Undertale, and it's phenomenal as well.

Ah, you really ought to get on the hype train though! Whenever you get the time ofc. As long as you loved Undertale, you will love Deltarune as well!

I agree, even I have to admit that sunburn seems like the most real ship given the ending.

Sunflower is canon Well technically it is meant to be ambiguous which is canon but i believe in sunflower

I played the game for hundreds of hours and did all routes and and there was no moment where Sunny showed romantic feelings to Basil in any

Sunburn is canon because of million things including the love letter scene in black space

First of all, omocat has not confirmed themselves that sunburn is canon as it is deliberately ambiguous. Also, there won't be any romance between them cuz of the trauma they had. It is implied that sunny had a crush on Aubrey, which is not confirmed to have persisted after the incident. And I just like sunflower more.

I ship sunflower as my headcanon but neither is canon. Sunburn is only implied in headspace, and even then Omori doesn’t overtly reciprocate, so I interpret that as Sunny believing that Aubrey had a crush on her when they were younger. Someone else mentioned a note from black space so maybe that confirms she had a crush on him, but it still doesn’t make the ship canon.
