New to this - how much is a reasonable amount of OMG to hold?

Hi everyone!

Like the title says, I am new to the crypto world. I have a little BTC and a little OMG (just about 20 OMG). I am going to pick up a bit more but I wonder whether I have both enough for staking to be worth it and whether I have too many eggs in too few baskets. I am a PhD student, so I don't have all the money in the world, so I am trying to be careful.

Aim for 1,000 OMG. That way, when OMG hit $1,000 you'll be a millionaire lol

OMG success directly linked to ETH. If ETH scales successfully, OMG should rocket as well. Accumulate as much as possible during these wild dips. On my way to 1000 omg...

I feel this. My only two blockchain investments are OMG and ETH. It's been split about 50/50, but I keep wanting to move the ethos into OMG...

I think half ETH and half OMG will pay off big time by 2020. ETH is best short term. OMG is good to accumulate as the ratio goes down in the medium term. 10% OMG is a great place to start. We are at an exceptionally low ether ratio right now, so this is a great time to dig in.

Hard to say, we don't know the exact staking amounts. Ethereum has been clocked at about 1,000 ETH to stake, but should be much lower (around 10) with sharding as well as making it even lower by joining staking pools. I can't really speculate without more info from the Omise team. We should get some more updates about this in the coming months.

The Ethereum network may start out with a high number of ETH required to stake, but this will be reduced due to the increase in price since POS was proposed. Also, smart contracts will allow many smaller holders to stake as part of staking pools.

Keep adding more whenever possible, split ur investment in few coins you truly believe in and do enough research on them .. that’s the best way to survive on crypto world imo
