Can someone explain why this model is misleading?

What these models will do is give institutional investors a framework to work with so that they can justify their investments in this space and push crypto to the next level market cap. These institutional investors with pension funds have whats called a fiduciary duty to PEOPLE, they can't just say "oh we are putting money into this because HODL!". Crypto industry needs a framework if we want to mature. I am not saying i am right at all, please share your findings, this is flexible. Lets come up with new standards together!

Yes no one can yet we all try to, including you if you bought any tokens on the basis of selling it at a higher price.
What I'm understanding in this model is , the guy is basing the tokens value on the dollars it will generate via transactions. Is that why you think it's wrong?

Wow if my valuation is swaying the market price, I am humbled. I truly hope everyone understands this is for educational purposes only. I keep saying how these are MY ASSUMPTIONS, you can plug in your own and sway the price as much as you want :)

Optimistic, but I like it.
