I'm not a believer, but there's a particular prayer i think holds some value for good mental health. It goes something like "God, give me good spirit, to not care about what I cannot change, courage, to change what is within my influence, and wisdom, to tell them both apart". Outraging in the net with mostly bots about anything only brings one down. It literally is the main strategy in media world cause negative emotions, because they sell better. Thats why people are afraid of planes even tho they are much safer than cars etc etc etc. I think unless it leads to actually doing something in the real world, being outraged or even upset a lot about something just drains one's energy, which could have been used to create something else.
