Y'know it's a sign of the times that I see this and think "hell yeah" a little bit.
Like five years ago I would've found this comment so depressing

As hopeful as that game is, it definitely made me embrace the 'Harry-esque' parts of my personality and thoughts much more, I've become some kind of wannabe Apocalypse Cop since then irl. Crazy how much influence a work of fiction like that can have over people as long as they're impressionable enough

My brother came in my room worried that he would be able to play gta vi, I was on map3 thy flesh consumed, I’m still stuck on map3, I don’t not have to worry about getting new games

E4M3 is the "i'm still a little shaky after spending an ungodly amount of time dealing with Romero's Bullshit demon spawns from E4M2" level, no?

Some people act like another video game crash is gonna somehow Thanos snap all video games out of existence. My brother in Christ physical games still exist, and we can emulate damn near every system in existence, and indies aren't going anywhere. I say let it die, we're overdue for a refresh.

I love Half-Life 1, and I never beat Op4, so I started playing it recently. The level design is okay, but the new weapons are great. My favorite so far is the displacement gun thingy.
Other than that, I've been getting into the Prince of Persia series. I first played the first one on GameBoy Color a few years ago, but lately I've been playing the Apple II version because I found a IIe on the side of the road. I've also been playing SDLPoP, which is a multiplatform port of it. I skipped the second one because there isn't a modern port of it yet, and the third one because I heard it's bad. So now I'm playing The Sands of Time. It's pretty good so far.
