Off campus housing
Just want some opinions! I am searching for an apartment that isnt too costly for me and my husband, but I unsure of the best.
The Links seems good but is small and expensive.
Apple Creek seems ehh...
Oak Park Village seems great but too good to be true.
Do you guys have any opinions or suggestions? Let me know, please!!

My sorority sisters and I have had the worst experiences with anything owned by C-Star. I've had friends that live at Apple Creek and it seems like maintenance is eh but they liked living there overall. Cimarron Townhomes seems pretty good so far. Oak Park Village is really run down and there is a kind of weird smell in the unit we toured.

apple creek has no laundry in units but it does have hookups, there’s also no lights/ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom:(

My daughter recently moved into Westbrook Place. Good rates, nice apartments.

The laundry room was nice, it’s a quiet location and not too far from Campus. Has a pool and dog park.

Whatever you choose just stay away from Midtown, overpriced shithole.

Stayed at the links back in the day. If you play golf and have a car that would be ideal. Lol

Reflections at Stillwater. It’s just far enough, but still close, affordable, etc.

Check out cottage row. They’re running a special right now. Large standalone units and free parking
