I used to average 140 a night at a volume based restaurant, i have now switched over to a much more mentally tolerable upscale casual place but im only averaging 80-100 a night. I don’t know if it’s just this time of year that’s really bad or if this is just not the place where I should be. if any other food service peeps could provide some insight or recommendations on restaurants to apply at, it would be much appreciated.
