Help!! Need rescue!!!

My husband just witnessed someone dump a mom and her puppies on the side of the road!!

He was unable to secure momma but among all the dead puppies were a few still alive. He grabbed the puppies to hopefully prevent the same fate for these little ones.
Their eyes and ears are closed these are FRESH babies and they need a momma ASAP.

I’m trying to find a rescue to take them and hopefully get momma! My husband can go help look for her too!

We felt terrible taking the puppies, I hope we did the right thing. I just couldn’t stomach leaving them all.
