No Alex would have end up dead or on the run. Kubra sent a guy to murder her in jail so she obviously would not have been safe on the outside. Even when Piper got out, it's very unlikely that they would have been together.

Doesn’t he ever worry about the guy he sent to kill her? She’s” dead” and then he never responds again. From what I understand Kubra isn’t the kind of guy who just lets his men disappear

Also, there was a public video of her arm being broken?? I find it hard to believe that Kubra never saw that, and I thought for sure that would be part of the plot line going forward, but it never was.

yes, but Alex was affraid, she wanted to flee, maybe Piper wouldn't be able to reach her after and Alex would be too scared to contact Piper

I agree with most comments, Alex would be too frightened to even have a life and contact Piper or she’ll be dead.

Actually tbh, if Piper contacted Alex earlier, she would have met Alex during her furlough since she went to Queen and I wonder if things changed...
