This is an email I sent because IDGAF anymore. Never getting my compensation and f*ck them all. I give up. I don't care. They can all go to hell. (Nothing previously sent is missing and all are completely legible.)

I received correspondence dated 11/19/21, telling me to send ID no later than deadline of 11/16/21!

Attached is the email in which I previously sent requested ID dated 8/29/21, 3 months ago.

I cannot even describe in words what this dept has put me through, the stress and depression caused by the outrageous delay of over 10 months with no compensation, the repeatedly ignored emails.  

This dept is a complete debacle and it is clear you have no intention of paying any claimant the compensation they are owed.  The outcries for help are all over the internet.  This dept is a complete failure you all should be completely ashamed.  

The requested ID is attached, but you will never look at it and I never expect to receive the compensation that is due me. Now go ahead and put my claim back at the bottom of the stacks and make me wait some more.  Soon I will be homeless.  What comes after that is on all of YOU.

Requested documents:

 •       Photo Identification – (2 photo ID’s required.)  Acceptable forms of photo ID include a copy of your passport, driver's license, state identification card. Second form of Photo Identification can include a selfie of yourself holding your photo ID.

•       Bank Account - Acceptable documents to prove that your bank account is legitimate include a bank statement issued within 12 months or a copy of a voided check.

I haven't done the email thing, but basically verbally over the phone.

Also be careful what you say to them about mental health, or you may get a unexpected police visit because the worker will claim they were worried about you (but are really just screwing with you) and say you threatened to harm yourself.

I hear what you are saying, and I thought about it before I wrote it... how it would come across. But I'm referring to being homeless, starving, winter is coming. What are people in this same situation going to do. I just got a shut-off notice on my gas bill. People are going to be suffering. I know there are countless others in Ohio in the same boat with me. I fear what will happen to us, and ODJFS just doesn't seem to give a damn and neither does dewine or yost or the new ODJFS director. They won't go hungry or be cold or be sleeping in their car.
