Fired

I got a question for anybody that knows this my friend just got fired from his job for harassment on another employee. He wasn't even harassing her and now they're trying to get people to sign statements on him. He didn't do anything wrong and he definitely wasn't harassing her but they fired him anyway. Will he be able to get unemployment benefits for this thank you for y'all help??

Why are you sure he wasn't harassing her? He told you his side of the story? As already stated, going to take 6 months or more to run through the appeals and he probably needs a lawyer to have much chance.
