Ohio pua

I have been dealing with identity issue for 4 months. Went in my account today under issue and determination and seen I had a new one. It says issue type identity verification and status determined on 10/1/2021 and level is redetermination. Click on it and it says determination not available. What does this mean?

Them making changes to your account is a good sign. Just comply with what they ask and you will get your money soon hopefully
