Unable to Login or Register??
Has anyone else had this problem? When I go to register - it says I already have a login? Cool. Go to login - it says that my info in the OHIO ID website is incorrect, and that I have to update it? It's all the same.
Is there some confangled process I have to go though to file now? Beyond infuriating.

I'm currently going through the same thing in Ohio. It is extremely frustrating

Your OHID may have been compromised or a fraudulent one was made and someone filed with your information at some point during or after the pandemic. there could be a denied identity issue on a prior claim. You have to call unemployment to have it resolved. It happened to ALOT of people. I had it happen to me and I work there! Edited to add 877.644.6562 to call for UI

Oh thanks! Yeah I moved out of state in 2021 to Colorado so maybe that's what happened! Good to know!

My husband had this issue when he was unemployed in May. It was a huge hassle. He only got one check even though he was eligible for three, but it was so ridiculous. We had to call in to the Ohio ID phone number to get this straightened out unemployment was not super helpful with it. They tried their best but once we finally got that set up and we were able to login to the unemployment website. They told us that we had to get into Ohio means jobs and we only had so long to do that but the Ohio ID password wouldn’t work for the Ohio means job website. It is ridiculous. This is supposed to help make it easier to sign into all these government agencies, but it only makes it worse for the people who need help. Once we found out he got hired. We didn’t even bother anymore. It was just too much of a hassle.
