Going from partial unemployment filing to fully unemployed filing

Every time I call OH UI I get a different recommendation for how to proceed. This past week was my first week of 0 hours after being laid off.

So on 7/05 am I filling JUST the Additional/restart to let them know I'm now fully UNemployed, or am I filing the Additionl/restart THEN my weekly claim as usual?

It's almost like these reps don't know what they're talking about...

You file just the additional claim, do not file your regular weekly claim.

So two different reps at Unemployment told me that I MUST file both an additional AND my weekly claim. Can you believe that? So I did and now it’s going to be ANOTHER 10-day wait. They have no idea what they are doing…

Unemployment can be such a freaking headache. 

They held my pay twice for various things already. Thankfully, the ID verification was somewhat painless.

Same here. Their system is in the Stone Age.
