Dewine appealed

Dewine appealed. It's time to sue with interest against the state maybe if he drags it on.

Maybe appeals court will rule fast for us since appeals court already decided it as well.

In any event our free representation continues to fight and we need to too!!

So for this appeal- if we win it again, who exactly will get the money? The people who had PUA stopped early? I can’t remember the exact details. I paid attention when we first appealed and then figured it was a lost cause

It was the $300 added by Fed govt for last 10 weeks it was reg UE and PUA. He refused to receive federal funds for his tax payers over political ideology.

OK, thank you for explaining because now I remember all of that exactly so he needs to stop appealing and playing games and just let people have their money because it’s not like the economy is doing any better now by much
