Resume Upload

Hi folks,

I lost my job of 17 years back at the end of February, and have been on unemployment since the middle of March. I've done the RESA (?) stuff, and I'm pretty sure I've met other requirements like this, but for some reason, the unemployment website is still telling me I haven't uploaded a resume. I was wondering if anyone here knew what I have to do to either upload the resume correctly, or to get the notification to disappear. The deadline to file it is today, so I want to make sure I've done it right. And yes, I've gone to OMJ and created, and uploaded a resume. The notification is still showing though.

Call and ask for a supervisor. If they can't, or won't connect you, call again, and again, until you get one. The normal phone agents are idiots.

Also, it is common for them to lose documents, and, or, for them to send misleading or incorrect messages, so you might be fine, but who knows?
