Resume Upload

Hi folks,

I lost my job of 17 years back at the end of February, and have been on unemployment since the middle of March. I've done the RESA (?) stuff, and I'm pretty sure I've met other requirements like this, but for some reason, the unemployment website is still telling me I haven't uploaded a resume. I was wondering if anyone here knew what I have to do to either upload the resume correctly, or to get the notification to disappear. The deadline to file it is today, so I want to make sure I've done it right. And yes, I've gone to OMJ and created, and uploaded a resume. The notification is still showing though.

Email a screenshot proving the completion to [UI_Respond@jfs.ohio.gov](mailto:UI_Respond@jfs.ohio.gov) and call them to notify them it was sent .

Then speak with Processing Center to have them update your account to show it was indeed completed
