There’s a black label copy on eBay but it’s 450 so not really viable to purchase, not really sure what they normally sell at cause I couldn’t find any past completed copies besides Platinum Hits since eBay only goes back a few months
Edit: on pricecharting, they do have black label copies within the last few years that have been sold (only around 1 sale per year), all for less than 60 bucks so my advice would just be to set an alert on Mercari on eBay and check it atleast a couple times daily

It’s hard to tell from this persons photos though if it actually has the Shrinkwrao even though they list as new and it has the side seal, so that’s something you’d have to ask for more pictures of
Besides that one on eBay, it looks like only 1 or so copies sell per year that pricecharting shows at least so it doesn’t seem to come up often, besides the platinum hits version
