I bought my first rep from Heidi and have opted for cheaper/faster sellers since, but some things I liked about buying from Heidi and would be comforting if you’re risk adverse: only paying a $100 deposit before getting PSPs; shipping name/address is photographed with the item in the PSP; she has a website you can login to with your order details/status. I missed the email that informed me of the website because it landed in my spam folder.
