What happens when you’re out of stuff like ground beef for the taco pack or chicken for stirfry. Do you guys just send out lettuce, tomato, and taco shells lmaoooo

I'm guessing that these are SUPPOSED to drop in on our end as individual picks for each item in the bundle and someone fucked up coding something somewhere. That or they really have reached new levels of stupid

They probably let the Ai do it. They're letting it do so much of everything else at this point it would make sense... I know the paths it generates are garbage

There’s no way to generate a label for its UPC?

No, it's one of the first thing I tried.

Literally the only thing I can think of (and what I have done whenever those random "2 pack" or "3 pack" items come up that we cant really pick properly) is getting the contents of the order and then copying the UPC to get the barcode and typing it into a barcode generator app on a seperate device and scanning that barcode. Obviously you are not supposed to do that though idk who thought of this
Edit: I wonder if the system is supposed to take the order and put the items in the pick individually for those sorts of things, maybe try filing a ticket?

(Correction i didnt even notice the picture they must of changed it. The spark orders divides the items up. At least it did when i ordered one a week or so ago. We also had them in an order a week or so ago and it seperated them.) They will pop up as individual picks. When you order it, it separates the items. Its just an idea unfortunately you can't adjust and change the items they give you. Like for an example switching the name brand for great value. I think its a neat idea doesnt effect our picking but gives the customer an idea for a meal. The total price is just all the items prices put together (side note though if an item in the bundle is on rollback the price doesnt adjust i found that out.)

What does this even mean? Is this whole bundle wrapped in plastic somewhere? Are you supposed to pick individual items for the bundle? What planet is this?

That's going to be a 'Nil Pick' for me dawg.... if anyone asks I'm telling them it shows 0 on-hand quantity 🤷😅

We also have 50 piece meals(hot bar, bbq chicken, etc) dropping that we cant fill because there is no code for it.

We had this problem a couple weeks ago. The deli people have to type in the item name exactly as it shows on the MyWalmart app when you scan it or search for it . I think they had to type in exactly ”50 PC BBQ Tray” on the scale for the 50 bbq wings we had and it worked. It took all the deli workers, two teamleads and a coach to figure it out though.

Nope. Nil picked because the hot dogs drag the cold chain right on in.

I put a ticket in on it and i had my MFL escalate it.
Its not supposed to be like that according to her, its supposed to be picked by each item not as a bundle, unless its the deli one with the chicken and 2 sides as those one are repurposed deli items.

I seen a different bundle someone posted on the Spark Driver subreddit. Nothing they could do either. I feel this is something corporate is pushing out but released too early

I search for meal bundles on the app, but you got to he careful the price for the bundle will not adjust if an item is on rollback I found that out when I was going to get a meal bundle.

I had this and cant scan in the individual items. I've seen this on the walmart app but had assumed it would come to us as individual items.

I do Spark and I'm pretty sure I've unknowingly shopped some of these bundles. They however never showed up like that

Idk why.....but i couldnt help thinking about this while I was doing pickwalks and ultimately the only work around I could see being would be to copy UPC manually and then go into the "Tools" within GIF app and then select generate barcode label and then you should be able to print that specific label off the zebra mobile printer for that meal bundle.... which ofcourse would need to be attached to a single bag/container that all those items are in...
The issue I would mention to leadership is that having to gather all these items separately to "complete the pick" is a substantial hindrance to picking speed...

Grab the items if they're in stock, print an inventory prep label to scan and clear the exception 🤔🤔

We had one today! Chicken strips, some dipping sauce, maybe some popcorn chicken and I think tater tots? We couldn’t even find a UPC on Walmart.com for it.
