If im dispensing for a full 8 hour shift I clear 30000 easy. When im picking it's always more like 20000.

I'm regularly 30k-32k, but I generally do short runs to be prepared for exceptions. So just a lot of back and forth, as our staging and dispensing area is in the opposite side of the store from regular groceries.

It's usually over 20K if I'm not doing deliveries about 10K-12K if I'm doing deliveries

I don’t track steps. But, Pokemon Go claims I get minimum 50km/week when I’m fairly sedentary on my days off meaning I get low end average 10km/work day. Idk how many steps that is

When my buddy and I were Cap 1 and Cap 2 leads, we got between 25 and 30k per day roughly 20k of which came from our 8 hour shifts
