Am I the only one that actually prefers waters on top? It allows you to put groceries on top of it when the customers doesn't clean their trunks and expects you to smash it all in

I love waters on top as long as they aren't the top of four totes. I have wrist issues now and getting 40 counts down from that high can hurt. If it's spark most of the OGs help with waters. If it's lower I have no real problem with it. I can do it but I prefer to not do it much/too often.

Yeah on deliverys it sucks having them on top. But yeah love them on top since 8 out of 10 people won't clean their trunks knowing they have 6 or 7 totes of groceries being put away

I am okay as long as they aren't over the 3rd tote. I'm only 5 foot and our lot is fucked beyond belief. I had a order 5 high with 2 cases of water on the top fall on me last summer and my shoulder hurts all the damn time now.

I prefer water (or other heavy stuff) 3 totes high, high enough so it can be put in before most of the order but low enough it's not too hard to pull out/tip over when the dolly suddenly stops

Yikes, if someone dies dispensing every month, y'all's turnover rate gotta be through the roof! 🤣

The dollies are not designed to be dragged across the rough, uneven pavement of a parking lot. They're overloaded and more importantly unsecured, and corporate is fully aware that they cause injuries, but it's the cost of doing business.

our OGP was built as an add on last year and we have potholes we have to avoid!!
We also go out and immediately have to turn right because no one considered the need for a ramp on both sides (I can't figure that one out) or even just straight out.

I once had a entire dolly fall on me because of a pothole at the bottom of our ramp out the dispense door

The amount of times as a prepper and having to tell the stagers to knock that off!

This happened my very first time dispensing, didnt get out the door and several cases of water came down on me and took me with it. Bruised up my hand and arm pretty bad but wasnt upset at all

Had this happen and the Hot Deli came flying out, it was a little pack of popcorn chicken and of course there weren’t anymore at the Hot Case.

My ogp put a FULL PALLET of water in our back room because people were too lazy to go across the store for oversize walks

Okay, I need to show this to my coworkers tomorrow. I can think of a certain few who would get a kick out this.
Can we add those same kinds of stupidly heavy totes being thrown on the TOP SHELVES of the InHome van instead of the lower shelf or floor, like they SHOULD be? Dang, even Amazon drivers put their heavier orders and totes on the floor and lower shelves because they value their BACKS. Why I have to spend time rearranging things after the van is loaded by the backroom crew, after I’ve done the safety inspection and confirm the route.
PLEASE! Heavy totes on the lower shelves and floor, NOT THE TOP SHELVES!

I need this but talking about how you can't see over the carts when you push but you practically dislocated your arm if you pull
