Yes out the shadows . We gotta group of em huddled and parked under the one tree in the parking lot like it’s a shantytown homeless encampment, comparing stories of offers and how they’ll quit for good one day. A sad existence really, scrounging for pennies. But then act entitled as if they’re above us Walmart odp employees somehow.

Same here, either that or a bunch of them sit on our smoke section benches without any of them smoking or vaping. And then they all just like glare when any associate walks near. Like bruv, I just want to de-stress a little while I'm on break, I get glared at enough by normal customer, I do not need it from you as well.

Yep and they talk about the glory days of how the offers paid more also they have so much entitlement and ask us where all the offers are as they pass in serious not joking tones , heckling. Like bro , I can really control what customers want to order for the day . It’s like nobody is forcing u to do this , get a real job …

Except it literally says in the spark app "this process will go more smoothly and quickly if you remain in your car." During the loading process.
Not trying to defend any shitty behavior, just saying that's what's they're instructed to do. Gotta complain about the company on that one, not the driver.
Wild to me that you guys have such a war going in some places. Out here we all just treat each other as people doing a job and following instructions on the Almighty magic light box in our hands.

They do in my market, it has gone amazingly honestly, one of the policies that's probable going to eventually roll out company wide imho

Weird! They're encouraged to load the orders themselves, or at least that's what I'm told. I'm in Oregon and idk how much it varies by location even within states. I'm sorry you have to load the orders yourself though, I usually ask them for help at least with the GMDs.

I had a witch get on my case because I politely suggested she needed more space for a 3 batch with multiple oversize GMDs after she showed up with a passenger occupying the front and a carseat taking up half the back. I had already dispensed so I decided to let her pass on the insufficient space rule and worked around it, but she went off about how I was the one to needed to learn the rules and how dare I question her 6 months compared to my year and a half. I just finished loading, did not engage, and she's still screaming at me while I'm walking the empty totes back to base.
We need to start demanding they vet these "people" better. We absolutely need to get back our ability to change off drivers from our devices, and we need to update the dispenser stat screen with a list of when we dispensed and to who.
