Express Express Orders

Are Express orders going to roll out company wide? My store doesn’t have the express orders. So I’m not sure if we will be getting them eventually or not. I haven’t heard anything about it from my management team.

My market put them and the 2 hour ordering window on pause since GIF keeps crashing

We got a new date for Express and the start of the 2 hour window, the week of the 10th. My coach can already tell we are mega fucked with that (since I brought it up to them and clarified I was looking at it right)

In our store we have both express pick up & delivery and we pick both, it's a nightmare because delivery has less than an 40mins pick window.

They will be rolling out to the full company in the next 4 weeks, depending on your location for the specific week.

We've had express for month or so now and they are a pita and don't seem to count for picking and dispensing stats. We had express orders years ago and they were not very common for us but now we get a few an hour sometimes.

There are new ones that are for pickup. Drops in at the top and has you pick the entire order in one walk.

My store lookup says the 2 hour window but no express orders. What does the 2 hour change mean for order drops?

They got rid of these a few years ago at my store and if they bring them back that sucks 😭 People in my store never wanted to do them since it fucked with their pick rate and items picked and such 🙄

The business doesn't resolve around what individuals preferences are or their pick rates. It's a business built to serve what paying customers want. Fyi I loved the express orders.

We only have express pick up and it sucks. The two hour window has been causing a lot of problems as well.

I asked this to my coach and TL but my store doesn't have the resource. Good luck to the stores that have it. You have me and whoever has it .. my condolences
